1. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
2. Turn off all lights, appliances, and heat when not in use. The usage of these could affect the cost of your next visit - and we want you back!
3. The main floor refrigerator will be clean upon arrival, please make sure it is when you leave.
4. A one night non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival.
5. Fires are allowed in designated areas only, i.e. fireplace, fire pit, and wood stove. Firewood can be made available to your group at a reasonable additional cost.
6. ATV's are only allowed on developed roads and at a safe and quiet speed (10 MPH) while on the property. We are raising game birds and the noise and dust are very detrimental to them as well as the human visitors. During the hunting season (Sept. 1 - Mar. 31) minimum ATV use will be allowed so as to not interfere with the hunters. There are hundreds of miles of roads and trails to explore adjacent to the property on state and BLM land.
7. Treat the lodge and other facilities as good as or better than you would your own home. If any repairs are required, please report to Bob (80-420-3096) or Mark (801-420-1867) immediately. Anything broken because of abuse or missing upon departure will be charged 1½ times the replacement costs.
8. A phone is available in the lodge for emergency use only. Please use your own cell phones if service is available. Excessive charges will be billed back to you.
9. Silverware, utensils, plates, glasses and cookware are available for your use and must remain in the lodge. We suggest that for your convenience you bring your own disposable eating utensils and dishes. Please load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and turn it on upon your departure.
10. Your bed linens and towels are clean. Feel free to wash more towels in the laundry if needed. We suggest bringing sleeping bags for extra people and young children. Please make sure you do not take any of the linens or towels with you by mistake.
11. We are a hunting lodge. Safe firearm handling is, of course, mandatory. Be aware of the direction you are shooting and where buildings, pens, vehicles, and other hunters and visitors are located. During the off season, (April 1 - August 31), the discharge of any firearms will be restricted to certain areas for safety and so as not to disturb the pheasants and other wildlife on the property. You will be informed of those areas.
12. The person in charge of the group will be required to sign a release upon arrival. They will be responsible for the safety and well being of the group.
13. The most important rule: BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN!
